Spirit of Tasmania launched the celebrations for its quarter-century with a grand event held on board Spirit of Tasmania at Station Pier in Port Melbourne. The festivities saw guests treated to a breakfast and leisurely half hour cruise.

One of Tasmania’s icons, Max Walker, said, ‘I’m a proud Tasmanian and this service has been great for my home state in terms of providing a leisurely, convenient and affordable method of transporting people across Bass Strait.
