National recognition at PRIA Golden Target Awards

Pesel & Carr are proud to announce we were awarded in the national 2016 Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA) Golden Target Awards on Thursday 20th October.

We were nationally commended in the Integrated Marketing and Communication Campaign Strategy category for our ongoing work with Caroline Chisholm Catholic College and the Small Budget/Pro Bono category for not-for-profit Lyric Opera of Melbourne, for helping spread the news of their production of Stella in September last year.

Established in 1976, the Golden Target Awards are celebrating 40 years in 2016 of recognising excellence in public relations.

Caroline Chisholm Catholic College is a co-educational secondary college in Melbourne’s inner-west. The entry detailed our overwhelming success in repositioning the College and safeguarding their enrolments numbers in a decreasing pool of students, through integrated marketing communications – ultimately contributing to the long-term vision of the College as the leading choice in its area.

The Small Budget/Pro Bono award acknowledged our media relations efforts to raise Lyric’s profile in a competitive market, raising production ticket sales by 20% in Melbourne’s saturated performing arts and events landscape.

We are thrilled our strategic approach and hard work by the team at Pesel & Carr continues to be recognised on a national level.

Pesel & Carr strives for out of the ordinary business outcomes through creative problem solving to achieve measurable results for our clients.
