Helping TOPdesk with video

TOPdesk SEE Oceania 2021 went live and we were thrilled to be involved.

The service management software company (TOPdesk) gets departments working together, and connects them with customers, to ensure reliable, efficient service delivery. Their event has run for years from their headquarters in Deft, The Netherlands, but for the first time, an event curated for Oceania is hitting the web.

So, in between morsels of roast chicken and peri-peri chips, we produced video material for an event case study, celebrating TOPdesk’s recent partnership with Nando’s Australia. Our footage brought humanity and authenticity to the case, helping to create an engaging, professional representation of the newfound relationship.

In our video, we heard from the IT Operations Manager at Nando’s, who spoke about how TOPdesk facilitated a consolidation of communications with one holistic tool.

By changing the way Nando’s approaches IT solutions, TOPdesk has ensured the restaurants can better focus on the people; both its staff and the end-consumer. Nando’s are now more self-reliant, confident, and its resulting in enhanced customer experiences.
