Engine Property Group takes home top industry award

Engine Property Group (engine) has taken home top honours at the Strata Community Australia (Vic) Awards, held in Melbourne on August 23, by winning the award for excellence in the category of Owners Corporations Management Business greater than 3,000 lots.

The award for excellence was judged by a panel of industry peers, and engine was chosen for being ethical in all its dealings with clients and suppliers, and developing healthy relationships within the industry.

Andy Dawson, Managing Director at engine said, “We are very proud to be recognised by our industry for the work we do. The award is testament to the team who continue the high level of service owners have come to expect from us at engine.”

Strata Community Australia (Vic) is the professional association for the Victorian owners corporation industry. It was formed to provide a forum for improved standards and education in the industry and it supports more than 80 per cent of all owners corporation management firms.
