Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
We’d like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous 2014. As the year comes to a close, we’re excited to share some recent highlights that showcase our work with a range of clients.
ISAF Sailing World Cup
The 2013 ISAF Sailing World Cup – Melbourne took over Port Phillip during the first week of December, kicking off Victoria’s summer of sailing with over 600 competitors from 25 countries battling it out for gold at Sandringham Yacht Club. With the support of media including the Herald Sun, The Age, Channel 7 Sunrise, ABC, local news and countless others, the regatta was once again a huge success. We’re now gearing up for Yachting Victoria’s state-wide Discover Sailing Day summer program, taking place at more than 20 yacht clubs around the bay over January and February.
Stellar Resources
Tin exploration and development company Stellar Resources (ASX: SRZ) closed 2013 on a positive note, with an article by resources editor Barry Fitzgerald published in The Australian on December 10. Barry commented “if tin performs as strongly as most suspect compared with its 2013 average, Stellar’s share price performance in 2014 may just match its name.” Stellar owns the highest grade undeveloped tin deposit in Australia, Heemskirk Tin in Tasmania.
Moisture Matic
To coincide with the launch of the new and improved Moisture Matic In Pot , we delivered a great media relations campaign to get the word out about the automatic watering system. The product proved to be a hit yet again with popular lifestyle and gardening publications and blogs, including editorial in the November/December issues of ABC Gardening Australia and Australian Better Gardens & Home Ideas.
Bevilles
This year, iconic Australian jewellery brand Bevilles underwent their biggest rebrand in the company’s 80-year history. We worked with Bevilles to tell the rebranding story through messaging work, a media campaign and new flagship store launch parties at Liverpool (NSW) and Highpoint (VIC).
Our New Home
After 15 years, P&C will be saying farewell to its Drummond Street office. We are excited to be moving into a new space just up the road on Elgin Street over the Christmas break. Stay tuned for more exciting announcements in the new year.
