Glenister Lamont
Investor Relations
BEng (Hons), MBA (IMD Switzerland), ASIA, FAICDGlenister's investor relations experience has covered a wide range of activities in different sectors. His understanding of what companies need to do to attract investors comes from extensive insights gained as an executive director at UBS, covering both equity research and investment banking.
Glenister has worked both within companies as an investor relations manager and as an external advisor. The roles in companies have also encompassed considerable work on governance and its impact on investor perceptions and expertise extends to his board positions with listed companies.
Highlights of his career include:
Investor relations manager for Woodside, covering investor relations activities surrounding Australia's largest ever export contract - the A$25 billion China LNG deal, Woodside's 2002 interim results and other activities.
Using feedback from investors to convince the board of Ashton Mining to introduce a capital management plan, and then managed the evaluation of alternatives by financial advisers and the implementation of the $15 million plan. Ashton was one of the first resource companies outside Rio Tinto to instigate a share buy back.For a top 200 healthcare company, leading all investor relation's activities including managing and preparing Directors Reports and results presentations, road shows, AGMs and annual reports, assisting with ASX and ASIC compliance and liaising with banks. It also involved establishing an investor relations infrastructure including upgraded website, mailing lists and regular board reporting.
Provided leadership during the defence of Ashton Mining from a hostile take over by managing both internal and external groups, including financial, public relations and other advisers thereby, achieving $200 million additional value for shareholders.
Developing with several boards a consistent framework for governance issues, including establishing charters for the board and its committees and initiating policies in important areas such as disclosure, share trading and risk management.
As an analyst at UBS, through providing superior research analysis, support and targeted marketing to the firm's key clients, he was rated by BRW and FPRG surveys consistently among the top five analysts across a range of sectors.

Glen Rohan
DirectorGlen Rohan has more than 35 years experience in media and publishing. He was at the start of a number of community newspapers including the inner-city's award-winning paper, The Melbourne Times, which he presided over as editor for 25 years. He has extensive contacts with journalists, many of whom he worked with over his long career.
Glen this year completed a six-year stint with Melbourne's Fairfax Community Network where he managed the team of reporters, photographers, artists and editors across 33 community newspapers and magazines - including the Fairfax paper covering the Altona area.
Throughout his media career Glen has worked closely with state and local governments and played a vital supporting role to countless community events, programs and campaigns through the newspapers. As a result, he has developed considerable contacts within all tiers of government.
He is also a director of a print company and two media companies and his valued opinion and advice has been regularly sought by Pesel & Carr over past years. Glen was appointed as a director of Pesel & Carr in 2008. -
Sam Watson
ConsultantAfter training as a journalist at Leeds University in the UK, Sam applied his knowledge of the media to a career in Public Relations with international European consultancy, Trimedia Harrison Cowley. Working between offices in Leeds and London, Sam was involved with a wide range of high profile clients, including British Telecom, McDonald's, RSPCA and the National Blood Service.
During his time with TrimediaHC, Sam was involved in some high profile and award winning campaigns, developing his communication skills and managing to secure quality coverage with some of the world's most prestigious media, including The Times and the BBC.

Cairin Conway
ConsultantCairin holds a joint honours degree in Business Studies and Economics from Trinity College, Dublin. After a spending a period of time working in the financial services Industry, she went on to gain a Masters in Public Relations at the Dublin Institute of Technology.
Cairin then worked as part of the communications team at Heinz Australia where she was involved in a wide variety of communications projects. Here, she gained significant experience in writing for print and the web, marketing promotions and co-ordination of internal Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
